Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Manisha Sharma, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the revisional application was preferred particularly with regard to the warrant of arrest, which was issued at the relevant point of time. Subsequently, the petitioner has surrendered before the jurisdictional court and as such the revisional application has become infrunctuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2910 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.
