By order dated 11th March, 2024, this writ petition was disposed of.

Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 11th March, 2024 at page 7 (in the 6th line) mentioning "Clause 26(vi)" instead of "Clause 20(vi)" of West Bengal Public Distribution System (Maintenance and Control) Order, 2013.

At page 7 (in the 6th line) "Clause 20(vi)" be read instead of and in place of "Clause 26(vi)" of West Bengal Public Distribution System (Maintenance and Control) Order, 2013.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 11th March, 2024.
