Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that the case is purely a civil dispute and the private respondent is the younger brother of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the State is duty bound for maintain peace in the locality and after receiving the complaint from the petitioner all steps have been taken in this regard. Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

The police shall keep a strict vigil at the locale and ensure that no harm is done to the petitioner or his family members.

With the above direction the writ petition being WPA 18456 of 2024 is disposed of.
