Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the Authorities acted in terms of such order, invoked the provisions of Section 400(1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 and passed a reasoned order thereon. In view of the Authorities acting in terms of the order dated September 28, 2018, no order need be passed in the present contempt petition.

CPAN 900 of 2021 in WPA 19004 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.
