1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. From the course of action as unfolded before us, we are satisfied that the petitioner is trying to outsmart this court. There are materials on record to show that the petitioner has collected the money from the students of the school and has not deposited the same to the account of the school. We are not inclined to comment on the quantum of money misappropriated in the alleged transaction but taking into consideration machiavellian way of approach by the petitioner, we are convinced that custodial interrogation is a necessity.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and CRM(A) No.3141 of 2023 is disposed of.
