It is submitted by Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the balance sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards arrear remuneration payable by the alleged contemnor to the applicant, has been released to the account of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Nadia with Punjab National Bank, Krishnagar Branch.

Counsel for the applicant, Ms. Khatun, submits that her client is entitled to certain sums of money as per the revision and honorarium payable to Samgra Shiksha Mission, Nadia.

The right to initiate independent proceedings therefor is reserved to the applicant.

It is expected that District Education Officer, Samgra Shiksha Mission, Nadia shall immediately

transmit the said amount to the applicant within 72 hours, if not already done by this time.

With the aforesaid observations, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 5.

CPAN 1324 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.

The communications of State Project Director, Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission and the District Education Officer, Samgra Shiksha Mission, Nadia are kept with the records.

7.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
