Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that the learned trial Court is still lying vacant. The prosecution proposes to examine nine more witnesses. Thirteen witnesses have been examined so far. Material available in the Case Diary does not call for a favourable order for the petitioner at this stage. Offence, if proved, shall attract mandatory life imprisonment. Learned Court who is in charge of the learned trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial of the case and

conclude the same at an early date, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The bail application is disposed of.
