Ms. Pandey, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent no.4/employer and hands over a banker's cheque dated April 5, 2023 to Mr. Shaw, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The said banker's cheque is for a sum of Rs.2,92,000/-.

Mr. Shaw, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts the same as payment in full and final settlement of the dues of his client. In the circumstances, WPA 18040 of 2022 is disposed of.

Copy of the banker's cheque handed over in Court today by Ms. Pandey is retained with the records.
