Mr. Tarak Karan ... for the State - Respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the information being furnished to the Inspector-in-charge of Beldanga Police Station, no steps have been taken. The representation is dated 20th June, 2024.

The records of the writ petition reflect that a Partition Suit being P.S. 90 of 2014 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Additional Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

Prima facie, I am of the view that there is a property dispute existing between the petitioner and the private

respondents and the police authorities have hardly any role to involve themselves.

Karan, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issues, I am of the view that the petitioner would, if so advised, approach the said civil court for necessary remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18432 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
