The present application being CRAN No.528 of 2020 has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of bail, as incorporated in the order dated 4th September, 2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 4th September, 2019 till date and that upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed in the Daspur P.S Case No.30 of 2019 on 27th October, 2019. The documents, as produced, be kept on record.

Upon considering the documents, as produced and since upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed in the Daspur P.S Case No.30 of 2019 on 27th October, 2019, we waive the condition directing the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders. However, the other conditions contained in the said order shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN No.528 of is, accordingly, disposed of.
