This intra-Court appeal is directed against an order dated 19th July, 2023 passed in WPA 28839 of 2022. We find from the impugned order that the writ petition is still pending and the same has not been disposed of. There are other orders, which have been passed from time to time in the writ petition and in one such order dated 23rd March, 2023, the appellant/writ petitioner was directed to meet the Investigating Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Bidhannagar on 24th March, 2023.

The appellant appearing in person submitted that she has appeared before the said officer on 24th March, 2023 and 25th March, 2023 and till date, nothing fruitful has been taken place. Further, the petitioner would allege that certain police authorities are harassing her.

In any event, since the writ petition is still pending, the appellant has to obtain appropriate orders in the writ petition and at this stage, we cannot interfere with the order dated 19th July, 2023, which is not in the nature of a final order.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of and the writ petition being, WPA 28839 of 2022 may be listed before the learned Single Bench after obtaining orders from the Chief Justice.
