It has been pointed out by Mr. Dutt that the present petitioner approached before a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CRM (A) 4576 of 2022, which was dismissed on 27.9.2022.
Mr. Chatterjee, Learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits that the said order is enclosed in the revisional application.
Mr. Dutt submits that the present petitioner was also a party in CRM(A) 2310 of 2023, which was 'dismissed for non-prosecution'.
Mr. Chatterjee submits that he was not instructed regarding the subsequent anticipatory bail application being preferred.
Having regard to the conduct of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers, sought for, as the same suffers from complete suppression of facts.
With the above observations, CRR 2731 of 2023 is dismissed.
