Learned advocate for the private respondents, on the other hand, disputes and denies such contentions and also draws the attention of the Court to TS 176/97 which is pending before the learned jurisdictional civil court.

State has submitted a report

which reflects that on an enquiry, the police authorities could not find any breach of the peace over the disputed property.

It is also stated by the Officer-incharge of Sagar police Station that, till date, no complaint has been received by the concerned police station.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities are well aware regarding the petitioner and the private respondents being in strained relationship, if the police authorities find that there is any law and order crisis, they would address the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17604 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
