1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Narcotic substances, above the commercial quantity, have been recovered from the house of Alam Sk, the husband of the petitioner. Although it is submitted that there was a Talaknama prior to such seizure, there is incriminating materials suggesting otherwise. The petitioner is absconding for last two years.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
