Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

This is third application for grant of bail.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection of the bail dated April 9, 2021 and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 7729 of 2021 is dismissed.
