Pursuant to the previous order dated 9th December, 2021 the writ petition is taken up for hearing today when no one appears for the writ petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for either. Same situation prevailed on 9th December, 2021 when the matter was called on for hearing. Howrah Municipal Corporation is represented by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate. It appears that the writ petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
