He submits that challenging an order being no. 201 dated 31st January, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court at Alipore in Matrimonial Suit No. 87 of 2000 this civil revision application has been filed.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already taken out an application praying for modification of the order dated 31st January, 2025 and the same is pending for hearing before the learned trial judge. He submits that in view thereof the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the civil revisional application being C.O. 2779 of 2025. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 2779 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to proceed with the application for modification of the order dated 31st January, 2025 passed in

Matrimonial Suit No. 87 of 2000 which is pending before the learned trial judge.
