The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors by Speed Post with A.D. within a week from date with an intimation that this matter shall be listed on 28th June, 2024.

2. In the event the alleged contemnors are not represented on the adjourned date in spite of service, we may be constrained to issue rule of contempt.

3. The pendency of the contempt application shall not stand in the way in complying with the order.

4. In addition to the aforesaid, a copy of this contempt application may also be served

upon Mr. Manik Das, learned Counsel who represented the Eastern Coal Fields Limited in the appeal in which the order in question was passed.
