The present revisional application has been preferred against the impugned order no. 7 dated 10.06.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Burdwan, in connection with Special Case No. 64 of 2018 arising out of Raina P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 dated 02.11.2018 under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
