The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Ramnagar Police Station that the Officials of the Bank made him sign on blank papers in connection with the loan. The petitioner has already obtained loan from the Bank of India and has defaulted in repayment of the same.

The petitioner is educated. The allegation of forceful signature on documents do not inspire confidence. They appear to be an attempt to avoid repayment of the lawful dues of the Bank.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this proceeding.

This Court does not find any need for Police to take any steps in this regard.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
