None appears on behalf of the opposite party. The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned order dated 20th July, 2011 whereby the learned Trial Court allowed the application filed by the plaintiff of the suit praying for appointing survey passed Advocate for holding local investigation.

It appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2011 and so there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, CO/3096/2011 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
