1. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 255 days. Charge has not yet been framed. He prays for bail.

2. Opposing the prayer, learned counsel points out that this petitioner was identified in T.I. parade. The case is of dacoity. There was also recovery from him. September 20, 2024 has been fixed as the date for considering the issue of framing of charges.

3. In view of there being sufficient incriminating material against the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow this application for bail at this stage.

4. CRM (DB) 2315 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. However, we direct the learned Trial Court to positively consider the issue of framing of charge on September 20, 2024, and if charges are framed, then to expedite the trial and conclude the Signed By :

same at an early date and preferably within a year from the date of framing of charge.
