1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners are members of the family of the in-laws of the deceased who admittedly has committed suicide. From the record in the CD, we find that there is allegation against the present petitioners so far as harassment and torture is concerned, but such allegations are at the fringe.
3. Regard being had to the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation, and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioners, except petitioner no.1, shall appear before the IO once in a week on the day and time fixed by the IO for the purpose of investigation till submission of Final Form.
4. So far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, it is directed that he shall surrender before ACJM Rampurhat, district Birbhum in the aforesaid PS Case arising out of GR Case No.658 of 2023 within 15 days from today.
5. On his surrender and application for bail, he shall be
released on bail by the aforesaid court on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
6. The application being CRM(A) No.3144 of 2023 is disposed of.
