Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned summon issued on 27th June, 2022 by the authority concerned under CGST Act by which the petitioner was asked to appear on 4th July, 2022. Today the impugned summon has lost its force, it does not survive anymore. As such this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned summon. However, in future if the authority finds any case to issue any fresh summon against the petitioner it will give sufficient time to the petitioner for compliance. Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 18077 of 2022 is dismissed.
