Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the said judgement and order dated 17th March, 2022 is corrected as follows:- '9th February, 1982 to 31st March, 2005' be S.D.

replaced by '1st April, 2005 to 31st January, 2009.' 'South Parganas' be replaced by 'South 24 Parganas', in the second last line of the second new paragraph of page

three of the said order.

The department is directed to make the necessary correction in the said order within two weeks of communication of this order.
