It appears from the earlier order dated 17th March, 2016 passed by this Court that the revisional application was earlier dismissed for default on 10th December, 2015 and on the strength of an application filed by the petitioner the revisional application was restored again. It appears that the matter is pending since the year 2015 and the petitioner is not present today. There is no justification to keep the present revisional application alive in the list. So, I find that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/2531/2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
