Leave is granted to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh. The fresh contempt application, if filed within a fortnight from date, will be considered on merits subject to the point of limitation already taken by the respondent in the present proceeding.

CPAN 1228 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.
