Three petitioners have jointly filed this writ petition claiming interest for delayed payment. The amount in case of the three writ petitioners and the period of delay are different though they as the heirs of the same employee had received the money at a belated stage.

To avoid future complication, and in particular with regard to the implementation of the order, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions for their individual cause, if otherwise eligible in law. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
