Mr. Sakti Pada Jana Ms. Sudipta Pramanik ........for the petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya Mr. Ranjan Saha ........for the State Mr. Sourav Mitra ....for the WBCSSC Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya Mr. Bibek Dutta .......for the WBBSE 1) Mr. Jana, learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction submits that out of two vacancies one in Malda UCB High School and another in Malda Railway Girls High School which are second and third preferred schools in terms of transfer application of the petitioner, petitioner is willing to join the post available in Malda Railway Girls High School.

2) It is already submitted on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda that in both the aforesaid schools vacancies are available to accommodate the petitioner and in this regard memo

dated 10th September, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda was filed before this Court. 3) Considering willingness of the petitioner to join the post in Malda Railway Girls High School on transfer, concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to issue recommendation memo for transfer of the petitioner to Malda Railway Girls High School by seven days from date of communication of this order.

Commission is also directed to forward recommendation to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education by three days thereafter. On receipt of recommendation, Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education being respondent no. 8 is directed to issue transfer order by seven days thereafter. On issuance of transfer order, petitioner is directed to join the transferred post in Malda Railway Girls High School. School authorities are directed to take necessary steps to facilitate transfer of the petitioner to Malda Railway Girls High School thereby permitting the petitioner to join the transferred post within fortnight thereafter.

4) Writ petition stands disposed of.

5) There shall be no order as to costs.

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
