The petitioner is aggrieved regarding the threats of the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action being taken.

Learned Advocate for the private respondents submitted that a civil suit is pending between the parties. The State has submitted a report. The report reflects a long standing land disputes between the parties. The police authorities having registered case pursuant to receipt of information being Dholahat Police Station Case No. 478 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025.

Since the criminal case has been registered, the petitioner, if he is threatened, he would bring the same to the notice of jurisdictional court to take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No. 17476 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the records. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocates appearing for the other parties.
