Report submitted by the concerned Officer-inCharge, Sonarpur Police Station be kept with the record. Along with the report an intimation of the complainant has been enclosed. The complainant has expressed that she do not intend to proceed with the case.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties and the joint compromise petition filed by the complainant as well as the accused persons, I am of the opinion that the present case arising out of a matrimonial discord do not warrant further continuance.

Accordingly, all further proceedings arising out of Sonarpur P.S. Case No. 666 of 2010 dated 23rd September, 2010 under Sections 498A/406/34/120B/323 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed therein are hereby quashed. Consequently, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 along with the revisional application being CRR 2362 of 2021 is allowed.

Pending application, if any, is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is made absolute.
