1. The petitioner alleges that WBSEDCL is not giving electricity connection for operating the submersible pump.

2. Learned advocate representing the Distribution Company Limited submits, upon instruction that, connection will be given to the petitioner upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

3. The Distribution Company Limited is directed to intimate the petitioner the formalities that he is required to comply. On compliance of the necessary formalities, steps shall be taken by the authority to provide new electricity connection to the petitioner at the earliest.

4. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
