Learned counsels for the State and the defacto complainant oppose the prayer.

The petitioner is the father of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant and her minor son implicated the petitioner in the alleged offence. Trial is in progress. Considering the material on record and nature and gravity of the offence as well as prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
