Mr. Betal, learned counsel representing the opposite party submits that the Hon'ble Larger Bench is considering the issue that stems out after the amendment of West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 whereas the issue involved in this matter relates to pre- amended provisions of the W.B.L.R.Act, 1955. Therefore, the petition may be disposed of. Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu, learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to the order dated 14th June, 2019, 19th August, 2021 and 16th December, 2021. On all the three occasions, the Co-ordinate Bench observed that matter should be adjourned as an identical issue awaiting adjudication before the Larger Bench.

Under such circumstances, taking into consideration, the judicial decorum, I am inclined to adjourn for four months with liberty to mention.
