It prima facie appears that the appellant may not have any active role to play that had resulted in an unfortunate incident which was the cause of termination of his engagement as Shiksha Bandhu by the Paschimbanga Samagra Shiksha Mission.

The appellant was taken to jail custody and remain there for almost two months. However, presently he is on bail. 3.

On such consideration, the State Project Director to consider whether he can be re-engaged as Shiksha Bandhu in the said institution or some other schools.

Due to passage of time, the ground on which he was disengaged may not be relevant as on date.

With the aforesaid observation, the appeal and the application are disposed of.

We request the State Project Director to decide the said issue to take a decision within four weeks from date. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Smita Das De, J)
