The report mentions that the Board has come to a conclusion that the petitioner falls within the zone of consideration and the Board is in favour of inviting the petitioner for the fourth phase State Level Counselling. Learned advocate for the Board submits, upon instruction that, the panel of candidates eligible for fourth phase State Level Counselling has already been prepared and the fourth phase State Level Counselling will start shortly.

The Board is directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the fourth phase State Level Counselling at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
