Subsequent to filing of contempt application, it appears that by an order dated April 11, 2022, the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal has passed an order as per the direction of this Court.

In light of the same, nothing remains in the contempt application and the same is treated as disposed of.

I make it clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue her remedy against the order dated April 11, 2022, in accordance with law.
