The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being Jiaganj Police Station Case No. 81 of 2010 dated 10.05.2010 under Sections 364/201/34 I.P.C.

Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by the Officer-in-Charge, Jiaganj Police Station, Murshidabad PD. Let it be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the evidence of the case is under progress and the next date has been fixed on 5th May, 2022. In view of the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that the trial of the case should be taken to its logical conclusion. As such, no interference is called for by this court at this stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2461 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
