Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner, therein, and having considered the fact that there are charges against the petitioner, inter alia, under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

CRM 7753 is disposed of, accordingly.
