ct. no. 34 CRR 2466 of 2012 (via video conference) Salehar Bibi.

-Vs- The State of West Bengal & ors.

None appears for both the parties.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. The grievance of the petitioner in the revisional application was regarding the order dated 13.6.2012 passed by the Ld. Additional District And Session Judge, Fast Track 1st Court Haldia. The learned Court in an application filed by the defacto complanant under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on an appreciation of the materials rejected the same. After examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was pleased to fix date for argument of the case.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Trial Court, I am of the view, no interference is call for. Accordingly, CRR 2466 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
