Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. A copy of the same has been served upon the learned advocate appearing for the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions being passed in T.S. No. 677 of 2022 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, the private respondents are violating the same and in spite of informing the police authorities no steps are being taken.

Petitioner has also preferred an application under section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code which is pending before the jurisdictional Court.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects series of cases have been registered by

Baruipur Police Station. Report reflects 8/9 First Information Reports have been registered from the year 2023 till July, 2025.

The history sheet itself reflects that the parties are at loggerhead. Civil Court is in seisin of the issue. Obviously the final determination of rights would be by the Civil Court.

Police authorities would keep a strict vigil and would take steps if there is any violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17668 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
