As directed by this Court, the Certificate Officer is present in Court today.

The Certificate Officer was directed to be present in view of his order dated 28.05.2025, wherein without completing the certificate proceedings, the Certificate Officer had noted the disposed of the proceedings.

Repot has been filed by the Certificate Officer through the learned counsel for the State. Let the report be kept with the record.

On hearing the Certificate Officer and the learned counsel for the State and considering the report filed, it appears that the certificate proceeding is still pending.

The Certificate Officer further submits that he has noted the impugned order dated 28.05.2025 due to inadvertence and submits

that he is proceeding with the certificate proceeding in accordance with law.

It is submitted that the Certificate Officer has also issued a show-cause notice upon the private respondents no. 7 to 13, who are the legal heirs of the proprietor of respondent no. 6.

Learned counsel for the private respondents appears and prays for a copy of the writ application.

Petitioner to serve a copy upon the learned counsel for the private respondent in course of this day.

Considering the said facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction upon the Certificate Officer to ensure that the certificate proceeding is disposed of in
