The petitioner is aggrieved by a decision dated March 2, 2019, passed by the Management Committee of Kaliachak Bikram Kishore Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya. By the said order, the Committee declined to refix the pay scale of the petitioner as prayed for.

It has been submitted by Mr. Pattanayak, learned advocate appearing for the College that the decision of the Committee can be reviewed by the Vice Chancellor, Central Sanskrit University, Delhi.

In that view of the matter, without entering into the merits of the grievance of the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the Vice Chancellor, Central Sanskrit University to treat this writ petition as a

representation before him against the order of the Management Committee dated March 2, 2019. The Vice Chancellor will give a personal hearing to the petitioner, consider his grievance in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 18121 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all the formalities.
