Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner is a part of a racket where, management quota seats in medical colleges are sold to the public.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged. The allegation against the petitioner is serious. Apparently, the petitioner is a part of group of persons involved in extracting money from the public for management quota seats in medical colleges. Such materials point to a requirement of a custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3875 of 2022 is dismissed.
