The impugned orders passed by the Executive Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur dated 24.01.2011 and 20.06.2011, in case No. 09-MR/11 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Counsel appearing for the State submitted that the impugned orders has expired long ago and has no force as on today, on lapse of ten years. After lapse of ten years the impugned order lost its legal efficacy.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
