Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon the 6th respondent to supply a copy of the award being Serial No.53/1 dated 14th December, 2021. The petitioner submits that though award was published upon completion of acquisition proceedings, copy of the said award was not handed up to him. Learned counsel for the State respondents submits that the 6th respondent be directed to hand over a copy of the award to the petitioner, in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to hand over a copy of the award being Serial No.53/1 dated 14th December, 2021 to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 18127 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
