Mr. Rabindranath Mahato Mr. Aritra Shankar Roy ......For the Petitioner Mr. Sarbananda Sanyal Ms. Poulami Chakraborty .....For the Opposite Party Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that the Matrimonial Suit No. 939 of 2022 pending before the court of the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Howrah in respect of which present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has arisen, has already been disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 10.02.2023.

In view of aforesaid withdrawal of the said Matrimonial Suit, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly both the parties have prayed for passing necessary orders. C. O. 2400 of 2022 is dismissed being infructuous.
