Mr. Samir Roy Chowdhury ......For the Petitioner Nobody appears for the respondents in this matter. In view of the nature of the matter, their appearance is not essential also. Necessary order can be passed without their appearance.

The case of the petitioner is this, he made an application for grant of transfer which he prayed on 27th June, 2019. His grievance is that this representation has not been considered. The ground for his transfer is, his mother is suffering from cancer who needs constant care which is not possible in the family as because only his wife stays with her mother but she is also a school teacher. He has shown some documents as to ailment of his only son aged about five months and he prays for a consideration of his case.

In such circumstances, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to look into the matter which requires sympathy and humataniran

approach and, therefore, the Commissioner of School Education after giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard will decide this matter within a period of three months from date.

The documents as to the illness of the infant baby, the son of the petitioner be kept on record. He has also filed one supplementary affidavit affirmed on 19th April, 2021 which is also kept on record.

With the above direction this matter is disposed of.
