The police authorities have filed a report. It appears that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed on December 18, 2021 under Section 447/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code being Charge sheet no.

663/2021 against the respondent nos. 7,8,10 and 11. The respondent no.9 is absconding. The change sheeted persons surrendered and obtained bail. Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The police report is taken on record.

This writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
