Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits status report. The status report is taken on record. She submits that the petitioner has already been discharged from the case.

It appears from the status report dated 15.6.2022 submitted by Inspector-in-Charge, Diamond Harbour Police Station, the investigation of the case has ended in final report with remark that the dispute is civil in nature, vide DDH P.S. final report No. 60 of 2016 dated 31.10.2016. The final report was accepted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour and the petitioner was discharged on 3.6.2017.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application stands dismissed "as infructuous". All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
